Our prices and conditions are designed to be clear and simple. We don’t or never will differentiate our products between our customers. We won’t use the clever wording high street banks or financial institutions use (for example "loans from X %”), which effectively means that only a few customers, if any, qualify from the headline low price – we state one clear price and service for all.

Moreover, we know through surveys and interviews with both existing and potential customers, that many prefer a clear price in expressed in pounds and not in percentages. So you REALLY know what you are paying. Over two-thirds of the population think that the concept of "effective rate" or “APR” is unclear and open to abuse and only suited to loans of more than 1 year

We hope that these statements really show what the foundation of our business is - simplicity - simple products and services that everyone can understand and access and know in advance how much they are going cost. All our prices are fully inclusive – you know exactly what you are paying.
